📉 FHA & VA Mortgage Loan Rates have dropped below 6%

Home buyers and investors that have been on the fence due to high borrowing rates - relief has arrived...with mortgage rates  dropping..fast. 

Mortgage rates slipped under 6% for government loans on Thursday, according to Mortgage News Daily: FHA averaged 5.97%, VA 5.99%, and the 15-year fixed hit 5.70%. Conventional 30-year rates fell to a 2025 low of 6.27%, even as August's CPI showed faster monthly and annual price gains than July. Demand picked up across the board—MBA's weekly survey (week ending Sept. 5) shows applications up 9.2% week over week.
