If you mean actually closing deals, I would say taking action and submitting offers, even much lower than asking.

Agents only get paid if the deal closes.  

Something behind the scenes must have changed or is being more strictly enforced.We just ran into the exact same issue on a duplex we recently closed in the city.

Barrett Real Estate is where I am at right now and I think it is really good for new agents.
