The property has a small parking pad for me but the parking in the area seems way more reliable than the more "desirable" neighborhoods.For those that have been in the Baltimore Real Estate game for a while - I'm curious what your opinion on this area is as I've seen mixed reviews.

If Tenant desires any change or increase to those shown as Tenants in the Lease, and provided any increase is not in violation of applicable occupancy codes, those individuals desiring tenancy must complete any application and approval process required by Landlord, in advance of any change, and after Landlord’s approval must execute a new Lease.

The issue is not inability, it's desire.

I would just order beds and mattresses from Wayfair that have a high star-rating with LOTS of reviews - that are also within your desired budget and fit your style choice.

Eli, do you think the area that is more expensive near you is more or less desirable than a cheaper property some distance away?
