From our experience with renovations "flipping" is an all encompassing job.

I have a friend who flips , but he doesnt fix .

Purchase price: $175,000 Partnered with 3 other guys to flip this house.

This may be  a long shot, but would love to perhaps partner with, work out a deal with someone that does flips in my area.
