Hello,Does anyone here has done any project related to building/buying or managing an truck parking lot for both short and long term? 

A little cottage-food business sounds harmless, but as the landlord you’re the one holding the liability bag if anything goes sideways — not the tenant.A few things from a landlord’s perspective:1.

Willing to put up truck, 5th wheel value, combined value around 100-110k and lien house for quick no hassle closing.

The city-owned Section 8 building next door.Drug dealers ripped off my cameras, threatened sanitation workers, and scared off a tenant just for having cameras on his truck and now we have 2 vacancies.

Core CPI (excluding food and energy) is also near 3%, signaling consistent price pressures in housing and services.

Outside of my professional pursues, I enjoy weight lifting, traveling, and trying new foods.

When Momdani(sp) gets his way and the grocery stores are government owned, and short on food, reality will sink in.  

Then the government fattens our kids up with junk food, corrupts their minds with junk TV.

Wholesale inflation is spiking again, driven by surging food, energy, goods and services prices.

I've yet to meet a guru with a great background, so whenever I hear "just last year I was flipping burgers at a fast food restaurant, but I found the secret to making money in real estate," I roll my eyes.
