But at that point, they're not going to back out of checking out because they assume that if they checked out on our seemingly more expensive property, they would have additional fees added on there too, so they go forward and complete the booking on the non-PMS split-fee listing.I think this might be Airbnb punishing us for using a PMS and listing our properties on their competitors' platforms.
