As Josh noted above, it's really all about proper tagging and making sure each expense is categorized properly and coded to a specific property.one other tip is using an accounting system, you should be able to attach receipts as opposed to having paper receipts.

However, we have Stessa set up for paying HOA's and need to manually check statements from the HOA to check account statuses and any issues with balances.Ideally, we're able to tag different transactions to different statements and reconcile differences based on discrepancies.
