Visiting Cincinnati, Louisville, and Pittsburgh in Late October - Looking to Connect

Hey BiggerPockets community,

I'm planning a trip to Cincinnati, Louisville, and Pittsburgh in late October to explore these cities and scout out potential investment properties. I’m a builder/carpenter from Northern California, I've been working construction for a while and am now excited to dive into real estate investing. My goal is to build a small rental portfolio, focusing on small multi-family properties that need some rehab work.

I'd love to meet up with any fellow investors in these areas! Whether it's grabbing coffee, touring properties, or just chatting about the local markets, I'm open to connecting and learning from your experiences.
