He starts asking personal questions and telling me he would marry me and we could move to his home country and how he was grieving because his wife died...weird.

I know it may be too much to think about right now while your grieving but if security is your concern it may be worth getting a security system anyways.

Grieve about, be angry about, be ecstatic about-- sure.

It's... not an ideal situation and we're kind of working our way through the grieving process.

He just started working for the plumber a month ago.The plumber's apprentice's grieving young pregnant wife takes you to court.

I could fix them myself but with this property the Taxes are very high I know when I grieve them they will go drop extremely but because I have to pay the Taxes in closing it takes away some of my money I would have used for repairs and kind of disrupts the math on the property.

My services will in short relieve the heir(s) from additional emotional trauma stress and assist counsel or executor by closing the estate case sooner, save everyone some time so that they can move on in their grieving process as any loving family member would want.

(Grieving taxes as we speak to a more manageable amount.)
