Wondering if this would technically be possible:Could I "use" my brother who has less than great credit to obtain an FHA loan at a low-down payment, (I guess I would cosign??).

Im guessing 5.34 is the APR and not the note rate.

But then there are others… the ones who slow everything down, tack on unexpected application fees or processing costs, or just have terrible communication that leaves you guessing and stressed out.I’m curious  which lenders have you worked with and had a bad encounter?

Yeah I guess I could go to HD, I've just been keeping almost everything original at the house so I figured why stop now.
