Now the attorney may decide the information places him in a conflict with his client that causes the attorney to withdraw, but the attorney could not reveal the reason for the withdrawal to anyone.I can't comment on the specifics of your claims experience, but I can say that if I were handling you title claim, I would not expect any attorney I retained to represent an insured, to tell me whether to pay the insured or not.

I mean I know smoking is like a big no no for most people, but if they've been their 10 years, and we assume the unit already has some smoke damage, and if you don't want to get into the repairs just yet, is their really any harm in just moving their rent up to market or even over market, and just letting it be?
