Should I be buying homeowner's policy or landlord policy for my rental unit.

These folks are trained and intimately familiar with the state/local statutes and all the associated loopholes. 

If you have 20 homes, even 5 or 10 it is best to get a master policy to cover all of your property VS individual policies. 

not every basketball player is Lebron James, and most basketball players aren't even in the NBA. i don't do STR personally - i have all LTRs, and am looking into MTR - but if you're only interested in it because you think the returns can be higher, then that may not be enough.
