Great first post and sounds like you’ve got a really valuable skillset already with all your hands-on knowledge of fixing houses—that’s honestly one of the biggest hurdles new investors face.

I have some clients that all I do is Bookkeeping for and at my rate, it is pretty high for a Bookkeeper, but they wanted my knowledge and are ok with that cost.

UNLESS the investor has deep and specific knowledge and expertise in specific jurisdictions, where they not only know all aspects of the legal procedures, but know the geographical area so well they’re able to identify the positives and negatives of every property up for bid.
