And a lot of times brokers tell you they're confident in a specific lender or loan, and then everyone's time gets wasted when it falls apart.Second, I wish there was like…a very clear set of documents that every lender wanted/needed, so if you wanted to take your deal to five or six lenders you could just put together a single package.
