I've noticed that the best landlords and the best founders play the same game.

They are way too guest centric and often leave owners hanging.VRBO and AirBNB should be all you use in addition to looking at direct booking as well.You can rent an ozone machine which should take care of the smoke smell.

Right now all we have is narrow/ weak AI: Siri, facial recognition, ChatGPT, autonomous driving, language translation, rapid data processing and machine learning.

In my mind tying to change the rules of the game is a misuse of my time, money, and energy.

then if they do it again move em out and do the repairs.Generally some killz and an ozone machine go a long way.

I have heard of Propstream and Deal Machine before, but I have yet to use either...I will check both of these out.

Really tough to do = we have used ozone machines but now we are just moving away from carpets as much as possible.
