August is now showing a net loss of 4,000 jobs, and unemployment ticked up to 4.4%.Because of the shutdown, the BLS won’t release a full October report until after the Fed’s December 9–10 meeting which means the Fed has to set policy without seeing the latest unemployment rate.Why this matters: With stronger hiring but higher unemployment — and no more clean data coming — the Fed is stuck in the middle.

So, putting it all together (assuming a consequential order of events here for ease) - this *could* allow a service member to purchase a quality real estate asset, live in it for the required amount of time (i.e. 24+ months), receive official military orders requiring a move, hold the property for no more than 15 years from the original date of sale, and then sell the property with a capital gains tax exemption of up to $500,000 (assuming MFJ)?

We just got to $100M+ tapes from two larger lenders in the RTL/DSCR space and they are laying off people left and right as we received several calls from people looking for employment.One lender capped their lending in california to no more than $1M - which in california and non-rural is basically there way of saying we are not doing business here anymore
