For right now the desktop beats Online for most people. 

How do you actually market real estate services online without wasting money or annoying people?

Do I use one of the online banks?

I am curious to uncover how all the rest of the investors (and agents and brokers) here feel about real estate agents and real estate agent fees in today's digital age where we have so much information that we can dig up on our owns from: county records, mortgage/liens, previous purchase prices, land values, tax histories, rent price history and the advent of online listing services and other sources of real estate wholesale listings and auction agencies online.

Hey @Kevin ForsellAs a flipper, I feel it's important to have access to some cash for those emergency purchases out in the field, you can't get that easily with keeping all money online.

Are there any active online communities, Discord groups, forums, masterminds, or even meetups you’ve found helpful for agents like us?

I am interested in refinancing a property.In the past, I’ve gone through the exercise of researching online and/or calling lenders in my area to find the best loan product.Lenders’ competitiveness changes all the time so it’s worthwhile to go through the exercise every time (as opposed to just going with who had the best rate last time).I am wondering if there’s anyone out there who is doing this as service ?

Our firm uses QuickBooks Online exclusively, and we serve quite a few STR owners.
