What software do you use to find targeted property owners and their contact information (email addresses specifically)? 

Hey everyone —Curious to hear how other lenders and shop owners are structuring comp for their loan officers.

I also have some people focusing on lending for construction of Resorts, casinos, villas, beach access/recreation centers/amusement parks, if any of that.Can also do a share of mixed use, or if you have something in your sights that's NNN, can also work off that.

Or would the IRS treat this as a partial exchange due to the owner-occupied unit?

This one was a good example, it was tenant occupied, but we were able to have one unit vacated before closing so my client could qualify for an owner-occupied FHA loan.

The only thing that makes this deal attractive is the owner-financing and relatively low rates.
