Going back to what I originally shared  the most probably real estate conflicts to arise are: landlord/tenant; premises liability; title/property defect; performance/payment dispute.

With most 90% LTV loans, there are significant cash outlays that are the borrower's responsibility outside of the funded loan amount including closing costs, carrying costs, contingencies that arise and of course costs associated with selling the real estate. 

However, it's important not to extend STR dates too far into the future so you can accommodate MTR inquiries when they arise.
