I lean into any one financial independence related I find any with that overarching theme typically will provoke thought.

While I can understand it takes effort to pull numbers from a seller or their listing agent, I don’t understand why asking provokes indignation.

But realistically, we need a clean financial slate and access to capital to make this move to GA smooth and sustainable.Appreciate the thought-provoking question — it’s one we’ve wrestled with quite a bit!
