Hi all...I'm a North Jersey based RE investor with 17 units/5 properties in my local area including residential multifamily and commercial (restaurant and retail space). 

We are developing condos, restaurants, doing a mix a long term and short term office space as well as virtual offices.

I currently work in commercial real estate and am incredibly interested in investing in real estate and work part time at a restaurant for extra cash to save for investments.

The one reason I think it will likely survive (in a regulated form) is that you could just do a simultaneous closing and its very similar to the same thing (with a bit less liability protection as you go on the chain of title and a bit more cost since there are two closings).

Does the area offer C and C+ Amenities such as clean, physicaly safe fast foods, a major chain supermarket, etc....
