Within one year I would expect someone to steal those trees since they are large and along the roadside.

Yep, I remember reading this NYTimes story last year about roadside motels having a moment with hipsters buying dilapidated properties and blowing them out with style.

Roadside Tree Protection Plan.I was told I will also have to get  stamped and sealed architectural plans of the 6 unit building.

We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home!

Highway hotel on busy 35 highway. 19 hotel rooms plus owners apartment, large laundry room with commercial washer and dryer, large parking lot, front desk, lobby, roadside sign.

Does it look like a modern-ish apartment with breezeways and internal stairs, or is it built like a roadside motel with long walk ways along the front.  

If you think there might be the possibility of development raising the value in the future, you could try renting out the property to others for non-intrusive uses - parking, roadside vendor, etc.
