Looking to shop my current landlord insurance policies 

I was obligated to pay off $300,000 of the loan balance within 16 months as one of the conditions of the loan.There were a few errors my GC made, and while I knew they were fixable, the thought of dealing with homeowners not knowing whether the GC would honor the builders warranty felt like more of a headache then owning the units as rentals and selling the units down the road once the defects were cured. 

So, I cannot even get good price while selling.

Lately, I’ve seen a wave of short-term rental owners selling off properties that, in my professional opinion, should be performing well.

If you sell, have you considered the tax implications? 

I'm wondering what the absolute cheapest insurance is available for residential Multifamily ? I'm wanting high deductible low as possible monthly payment.

If you sell the note, you get liquidity and remove the risk of borrower default—but you give up future interest income.

If I try to sell it, I could be stuck carrying holding costs for a few months, north of a grand a month.
