One thing I have to remind people is real estate is a business — even if you’re just house hacking to help with your mortgage.When I first started watching videos and hearing success stories, it was easy to get hyped and focus only on the wins.

I’ve had a good number of successful investments in my 47 year real estate investing career, as well as more than a few bad ones.  

My recommendation- Find someone local that is already running a successful care home & become an educational sponge before you pull the trigger on your own home.
