Hi @Allende HernandezKeeping great tenants happy is a top priority, but "small" requests can absolutely drain your time and budget if they become constant.

Definitely a great option when you need speed without draining liquidity.

Everything to trouble shooting HVAC drains, to swapping out toilets.

If its draining, I'm sure it was not strategy; just jumping in because it sounds cool to be an investor.
