REI Launch by Vince Crane is the largest investor networking event in the city.I believe they are meeting 7pm june 24th at park tavern. 

They will be meeting at Park Tavern 7 o'clock June 24th. 

Since then, I have invested in many properties including a tavern with apartments on top.

I don't know if they still have it in Colorado but in my very Brief career in higher education I spent a year in Leadville and there were these taverns that had 3.2  beer and you could drink at 18.. maybe you get some of that watered down beer  ..

I'm going to cold call 100+ landlords in the area and organize an informal meet-up at the local tavern so I can meet a couple dozen landlords and let them know I'm looking to buy some multifamily properties..The downside of this idea is having to syndicate the money between what I can put down and what the local bank will finance.

It was  run down tavern & 4 equally rundown studios apts. 

I'm currently analyzing a property in a C grade neighborhood, where the 1st floor is a tavern and upstairs is 4 apartments.
