I need to open a Business Bank Account and I’d like advice on where to look.

You can try to do your best by trying to differentiate your property or find a different business model or sell, especially if you still can do it at a profit.

Prefab cabins or tiny homes on small lots can definitely appeal to homesteaders and self-sufficient buyers, especially if you include basic solar, garden beds, and fencing.Biggest hurdles I’d watch for are financing (banks can be picky with tiny homes), permitting, and appraisal values; sometimes comps lag behind your asking price.

Has anyone here on BP done business with them in the past?

Think tiny A-frame (like this new-build cabin in Colorado) that attracts couples or influencers looking for a cool experience.

We didn't have a clause saying that is not what we use trees for here but we did have a no business clause and told him to get it out of there.

I could very-well close more deals, but I have a lifestyle business. 

Our business partner took all the money out of the business account and did not pay the mortgage.
