Of course there are exceptions but do you really think the vast majority of those paying for these courses are successful? 

Using my excel spreadsheet I've been able to play around with the numbers and figure out what I'm willing to pay, but the difference is so vast I don't know what's considered a fair initial offer or what's considered an insulting low ball.
