Hi all,Wondered if I could get a comment as to whether I can sue HOA as I've had to take a much lower cash offer for my home as it's hard to get a mortgage on property.I have a condo in NJ I tried to sell.

Sometime they are mentally challenged or senior care homes.

So far, that hasn't been a problem, but I am wondering if anyone has experience dealing with this strategy and shared housing regulations.For example, in my talks with Evanston, IL, I've been told that while renting 3 or 4 rooms would fall under a traditional rental license, anything more would be treated as shared housing.
