None yet just manage family properties but wanting to liquidate assets to invest in USA What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Personally, I co-manage a co-investing club where members pool funds to invest in deals together, which allows us to stay diversified and liquid without taking on full responsibility for each project. 

We're low on liquid cash, with funds tied up in other investments (we own 24 units), and I prefer not to dip into retirement savings.

So I call to ask what that means and the tell me that my contractors insurance is not up to date along with the electrical or plumbing licenses and expired back in April.
