Recession is not good for CRE, no matter how low the 10yr yield.The tariffs announced last night were much higher than what he said on campaign trail or even put into effect 2 months ago, so market having to digest this today.Also Stock Market and Bond Market are not that correlated, many people say when people sell stocks there is a flight to safety into bonds lowering 10yr yield.

Once the deal is done, the Seller will wire me my $250K credit which will cover my renovation, furnishing, closing costs, pool and downpayment exactly (I won't have any extra cash from it nor will I put any of my money into the deal)QUESTION: as long as I maintain clean paper trail, sign an addendum with the Seller and maintain all the receipts for what I spent on reno etc, will I be safe from IRS coming after me?
