Wherever you go, make sure the company has anti-fraud protections to find fake IDs, fake paystubs, etc. because fraud is rampant and a credit check alone is not enough.

DC is ultra competitive due to lack of housing and I do not believe it will get better due to the zoning within the area which they may talk a big game about affordable housing but everything they do is anti-development/affordable housing.
