There are lots of falsehoods spread by gurus that are almost never possible but the biggest lie in my opinion is how quickly you can rehabilitate a property.

Not sure if you heard but...If you’ve been around Oregon real estate for a while, you know one of the biggest hurdles to selling a tenant-occupied rental has always been the 90-day notice requirement.

I think this is the biggest hurdle for me at the moment and the area I am most uncertain about.
