Dig up a much as of the grass as you can in the area you don't want it to grow, hit any remaining roots with a 41% glyphosate (roundup) solution, cover the area in about 3-6 inches of mulch, then spot spray any grass that pops up later.

Late last year I added a couple long term RV spots and went with one meter to save money (I include all utilities in the space rent for just these two RV spots). 

There used to be a spot under the "Find Deals" tab that I liked when looking for property.

There's the installation, removal, and the big one (water damage already spotted) is the damage done that you can't see to the frame, and anything else the water made its way to. 

Parking can be grey area, you might have a way with that if spots are available and its clear existing tenants do not get access to existing parking.
