I know of multiple operators that target out of the country investors to scam them.

That multiple is different for every market.For example, in Los Angeles, we see 1.5-2x LTR rates for MTRs, but I know there are other markets in the country where it's more like 2-3x.For an insurance booking, you should be honoring your advertised rate if they found your listing somewhere.

And it is good to reiterate that professionals listed on BP is just advertising, not vetted.
