@Caroline Na you should really go over the management contract to see if there is an excemption for the poor service reason you're terminating them for.Otherwise, if you signed the contract, then you have to abide by it.

If there is nothing in the lease agreement about early termination penalties, normally you can request that they pay the rent until you find a new tenant, but you have to do your best to get a new tenant in place ASAP.

I have to think when folks look at the price is just not quite right they move on.. but lets say they write a bid and instead of 200 a night they bid 175.. owner is happy better than vacant and sTR guest is happy they got a deal.. this is a billion dollar idea I think LOL Absolutely.

If agents in a given area always suggest to their clients to list low and start a bidding war, does that not equal ******** when they quote their statistics of the number of deals they accomplished over asking price?

The borrower is still required to bring 3 points and closing costs to closing but NEVER required to wire money before that, EVER.
