Can you please refer any SB9 experts, land use consultants, or developer who can share experience going thru SB 9? 

I wish I had the courage to take this leap earlier in life, but am excited to begin this journey and learn as much as possible from all of the experts here. 

I have a ton of question’s and I’m looking forward to learning from all the experts here.

I am shooting to close on my 14th STR (self managed) in the next 6 months (started/built/flipped and sold 6 others) over the last 9 yrs and I have only seen horror stories of those who paid for "experts".

Bourque styles himself as the expert on compliance with SEC regs, but doesn’t state his educational background, experience, or any track record.  

However if you’re talking about using the listing agent to represent both you and the seller as the buyer, I think that’s a terrible idea unless you have done dozens of transactions and know the contract and the whole process on an expert level.

We've been buying houses from various auction sources for years now and while I don't consider myself an expert because the majority of our houses come from wholesalers, we do occasionally buy from various auctions sites.
