Talk to them and see what information they need from you (eg cabinets, paint colour, countertops, etc) and make your decisions quickly so you don't hold things up as there are a lot of moving pieces.

I always buy something I could see myself living in. not necessarily the colours, but the location and size of the home and the condition.

Pro:  In spite of the amazing advances in home office colour printing technology, most national governments take a fairly dim view of you producing your own money.

this is why it's very tiring and boring, everyone of those offering they would paint everything with white colour, change the countertop, add stainless stell appliance, what else are there ?

People love to come for the fall colours. 

People can add pops of colour with their belongings. 

If you are keeping the top of the the same colour, with the red brick and new white garage doors, I'm not sure I'd change the colour of the shutters. 

I'd get a pressure washer and clean the driveway, that way it won't need to be painted again-let it go back to the natural colour of the concrete or asphalt.

If you replace it, do not let the tenants have any say in what type or colour of carpet it is and BEFORE you get anyone in to measure or install, get it in writing that they will have the entire room emptied and make the house available at a pre-arranged time for the carpet installers.

I find shaker cabinets difficult to clean no matter what the colour.
