I am prescreening tenants with a Google Form, but only 2 "interested" folks out of 7 have filled it out. 

Instead of vague alt text like “Modern kitchen,” try something like “Chef’s kitchen perfect for group meals or private dinners.”

I am looking for some type of excell fill in the blanks spreadsheet to use to count # of windows, doors outlets etc and everything else os I don't overlook anything. looking for something I can easily carry around house on a clipboard and fill out with trying to flip through an entire book  of pages.

Yes I know for sure the previous owner filled the basement and lied it ever existed.

Don't go putting a Rolex in a happy meal by over-improving for the neighborhood; always check comps and match the local vibe.

Fill it out with all the details you need and want to include as well as all contingencies you want to use to protect yourself.

But that's gestapo tactics and I don't think that'd be tolerated.If you sent a letter to every government loan borrower in the last year and required the address of the borrower be filled out and compared it to the existing databases, you'd have the same information, If someone didn't return the information, you call the loan due.I mean there are ways to do it, but then what?
