But hey -they call themselves the investor and get a patent for some fancy name and "walla" - we created something that never existed....I am curious what is going to happen to many of these homes now that markets are really starting to show cracks and the crackheads who bought properties for 10-20% more than they were worth because it had a 3-4% interest rate and will continue to sink underwater.
