Tenantburns the carpet to the sub floor, punched holes in a door,ripped drywall, smoked in the non smoking housegot bong resin all over the bathroom sink so hard to scrub, the smell of smoke and curry or cumin impossible to get out had a 4000$ estimate for possible reduction in smellsub floor $2000 but I didn't get it fixed yeti repainted it still smells I hired a cleaner I scrubbed it no use!
