My goal was to learn more about land acquisition and development for multifamily.The cost they quoted me for their consulting/program: $6,000+.For context: I’m a sales manager by trade, hold an MBA, have a strong business background, and I’m an avid user of ChatGPT to solve complex business and investment challenges.

Investors get deals because they solve problems and take on headaches others won't.

The difference is I make one call and my issues are solved.

I have never had a problem that they could not solve and they rarely have any problems to begin with. 

I have too many questions and don't get on here much, but I'm willing to help if we can schedule a Zoom call and have a back and forth.

Is this even a real problem worth solving at scale?

As far as the sell one, buy multiple question.

Arguably I could have a case to actually collect the account balance that is being "applied" to the questionable, never-approved invoices.  

Just know that a lot of them won’t give you a clear answer right away, so you may need to rephrase your question a few times to get the info you need.
