This summer has seen more listings than we've seen since this time 2021.

We are at 138% and will probably get a few more.That is for June, July, Aug and Sept. :)I forgot to add in 2 direct bookings, so that will change the numbers. 

We are owning and managing in Aguada and Cabo Rojo.

I recently received an inquiry about one of my properties from summer interns working for JPMorgan Chase and it got me thinking about what other traveling professionals outside of the healthcare industry are out there that we could market our property to.

I just figured it kind of goes hand-in-hand with what we are trying to do .We also have thought about this summer Airbnb our home.

We are drowning in it.

Top of summer were at 100+, pit of winter -25 or colder.... 

Is there a future where our properties will be harder to rent if we are using conventional energy?

We are a relationship company.
