BP Support recommended a different browser (it worked for temporarily) then I cleared my history and my cache and unclicked BP (out of the many sites I use).

But also thought if we found a new found secondary that we might purchase that first, live in it temporarily giving us more time to find the primary we really want without feeling rushed finding a new one after the current primary sells but realizing that may be tough with DTI as any lender will see 2 existing mortgages until the primary sells.

After denying sourcing funds, we seemed to get over the temporarily, and we had another closing they had promised was happening a month after original closing, well it didn’t , when I called it took two to theee days for a return call , they said they didn’t send funds to the closing because underwriter just did a soft credit check and said my credit was below their threshold, verbally saying 100 point less than what we stated, I had pulled credit before contacting and starting the process and signing contract as part of the I want no suprises thing, I couldn’t understand how they are reading or how it could drop in a 1 month period, so I pulled it again, but it’s still showing 700’s , just a few points less than when we started.

These changes don’t involve physical alterations to the property but instead adjust how housing services or policies are administered.Examples of Reasonable Accommodations:Allowing a service animal or emotional support animal in a “no pets” community.Providing a reserved parking space closer to the resident’s unit for someone with mobility limitations.Permitting rent payment by mail or online for a resident who has trouble visiting the office.Extending rental deadlines temporarily due to hospitalization or disability-related delays.Landlord Responsibility:Landlords must approve reasonable requests that do not create an undue financial or administrative burden.Requests should be handled promptly and confidentially.You may request verification of the disability or need for the accommodation (especially if it’s not obvious), but you cannot ask about the details of the disability itself.Tenant Responsibility:The tenant must make the request (verbally or in writing) and explain how the accommodation relates to their disability.The tenant must continue to follow all lease terms unrelated to the accommodation.What Is a Reasonable Modification?
