I'm from Canada where it is genuinely impossible to find turnkey cashflow but after a quick search i can find dozens of properties in the US that net 500-700 a month even with a 7.5% interest rate and after all expens...

One side is renting for $1,900 and the other $2,000.I feel super confident in the deal as it's a 2005 build, currently cash flows with tenants and there is so much room for forced appreciation.The Inspection is scheduled for 6-12-2025, when we went to see the units only one side was available to see and the living conditions were awful.

•If all fails, they’re main job is to house hunt whatever ur criteria is so just be on ur toes, don’t trust whatever “speculation” they have, use ur investor brain. don’t be afraid to say NO, because they can pressure you. *10 showings or two weeks (whichever comes first) move on to another realtor or realtor company. you got this.

Since many questions are repetitive, it might be possible to tweak the output as needed.That is what one of my property manager friends is doing with his tenants my written word is so poor with spelling and puncuation that if I started using AI I would right away get flagged as a fake AI poster :)  My wife just showed me how she uses it though to write her adds..
