Hi everyone! my name is Carlos and I get the power of real estate and building for the future. So, here I am to learn and dive in!
I have no experience as a real estate investor. Been wishing and planning for years. Hoping to learn with the right people for guidance in this forum.
I am a part-time investor and so far have several properties in Akron, Ohio and Melbourne, Florida. Looking for more in Akron as well as other emerging markets to buy single family properties in the $65-125K price range to keep as long-term rentals. Where are the hot markets in the U.S. with lower end house prices and high rental returns?!
