Wy wife and I formed our LLC back in 2013 with our first rental. We have added to our rental portfolio by carefully analyzing properties in order to find properties with immediate cash flow that also fit our buy/hold strategy.
Along the way, we have flipped 2 homes profitably and developed a line of business with lease options....
