I just sold my house in the DC metro area and want to reinvest the cash I got from it. I've always loved FL so I was hoping I could buy and rent, or fix and flip around the Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater area. I have zero experience but I love to learn. I'm also into soccer and motorcycles.
