Hi everyone,
I am in my mid 20's looking to expand my real estate portfolio. I love all aspects of real estate and while I love my daytime job, would love to get into real estate full-time through flipping, buy and holds, and rental property income.
I retired from newspaper publishing a few years ago and am investing/flipping houses in greater Boston/ south shore area.
I currently have two rental properties and want to position myself to purchase more when the market in Palmdale cools down and becomes an "buyer's market" once more.
