I've been a homeowner involved in several upgrades/reconstruction projects on my own home and garage. I grew up in an agricultural community and have had a variety of different construction experiences. I currently am employed in the healthcare field. I am looking for something outside of that for investing and a different challenge.

Currently an owner of a national franchise.
18 years ago after moving from Virginia to Ohio I bought my first investment property. A few years later I cashed out, got married and children. I am currently an owner of a national franchise. However, I am wanting to get my feet wet again in investment R/E.
